We’ve always been keen cooks and have been yet again gripped by the Masterchef series here in Spain. Last year, we signed up for cooking classes at a local Michelin-star restaurant in Cantabria and never miss out on the many cooking workshops in the region also where we always pick up some tips and tricks on selecting and preparing local ingredients.
